What is ADR?

If a Building Dispute cannot be solved by talking to the other party or parties involved then there are other options to consider before deciding to go to court. A court case can be a very expensive and lengthy process. There are other methods used  to resolve disputes that are known collectively as alternative dispute resolutions, or ADR. These can take the form of things such as Mediation, Arbitration and Civil Procedures Rules(CPR).
